The moving platen usually move in high speed, so the guide pin and tie bar should be lubricated. For toggle clamping mechanism, the connection between the toggle action should always be in a good state of lubrication during movement to prevent damage.
After the production shutdown, do not keep the mold in the closed and locked state for a long time, so as not to cause oil break and cause the mold to be difficult to open again.
2. Maintenance of the surface of the moving platen and stationary platen.
Moving platen and stationary platen of Injection molding machine have high processing accuracy and surface finish requirements, and maintenance is an important factor to ensure that the injection molding machine has good working performance.
1) If the mold is not in the injection machine, the surface of the platen should be coated with a thin layer of oil to prevent surface oxidation and rust.
2) For the installed mold, it is necessary to carefully check whether the mold surface is smooth to ensure mold clamping performance and prevent damage to the platen.
3. Maintenance of connecting fasteners
It is necessary to check regularly whether the screw used for connecting and fastening the mold fits well with the screw holes on the moving platen and stationary platen of the machine. It is forbidden to use screws with loose thread or inappropriate sizes to avoid straining or damaging the mounting screw holes on the platen.
