Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR)

Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR)  is a kind of non-toxic, heat-resistant hot solid material. It is liquid, good fluidity, fast vulcanization, low viscosity. Having these material properties, the ability to combine with various metals and plastics makes LSR widely used. Compared with traditional materials, LSR molding has the advantages of short molding cycle, high automatic molding degree, low vulcanization temperature, no by-products in the vulcanization process, high product accuracy and long service life.

Liquid silicone rubbers of the ELASTOSIL LR 3003
series are paste-like, easily-pigmentable two-component
compounds with very short curing times. Their
vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and
excellent mechanical and electrical properties. When
heat stabilizers are added, the products can be used
within a temperature range of – 55 &C to + 230 &C, and
for a short time up to 300 &C.
