BMC Mold For Export

BMC( Bulk Molding Compound ) is a composite mold made of glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin, inorganic filler, plasticizer and other raw materials.The production process uses hot press molding technology, first heating the BMC material to a semi-solid state, then applying high pressure for plastic deformation, and finally through cooling curing molding, so as to obtain the required parts.


Because BMC  mold have excellent electrical properties, mechanical properties, heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and adapt to a variety of molding processes, can meet the performance requirements of various products, so it is more and more popular with the majority of users.
